Job summary

Write Edge is seeking an Enrolment Executive to drive student enrolment, retention and conversion while supporting registration across Singapore markets. You will coordinate Open Houses, provide accurate information to students and parents, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Relations to enhance enrolment processes.

The role requires CRM proficiency, leadership, and a tech‑savvy approach to using HubSpot and Google Suite in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work one weekend.
• Proficiency in CRM, Sales and Customer Service.
• Tech savvy with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrolment, retention and conversion in existing and new locations.
• Professional handling of enquiries and registrations across WE's services.
• Manage Open Houses ensuring timely follow-up and service.
• Develop understanding of programmes to provide accurate information to students and parents.
• Lead change projects/events to improve customer engagement.
• Develop new processes and protocols for enrolment support and related systems.
• Workflow design and optimisation for HubSpot; analyse and map processes.
