Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Must have own transport.
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication in English and Malay; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects using selling skills and INTI Counselling Methodologies to build higher education discovery solutions.
• Drive new international student enrollments to the organization.
• Achieve given sales target within cycle.
• Perform outbound touchpoints to drive enrollments via digital channels.
• Handle inbound enquiries from online, social media, email and live chat.
• Provide face-to-face counseling to online lead prospects.
• Assist with eligibility, visa, airport pickup and medical check arrangements.
• Maintain/update prospect information in the CRM.
• Use sales tools to drive growth and exceed department goals.
