Job summary

INCEIF (The Global University of Islamic Finance) is recruiting to promote itself as the premier source for postgraduate and lifelong learning. The role covers candidate identification, engagement, programme guidance, and admission processing, with involvement in recruitment events to grow enrolments.

You will engage with prospective students, handle enquiries, and build partnerships with corporates, universities and schools to support strategic enrolment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in engaging prospective students.
• Experience in events and recruitment activities within education or service sectors.

Responsibilities

• Promote INCEIF as the institution of choice for postgraduate and lifelong learning.
• Identify and engage prospective students, guide programme selection and admission requirements.
• Support recruitment strategies, events and engagement activities to strengthen relationships with applicants.
• Coordinate university events, fairs, and school visits to drive enrolment growth.
• Respond to prospect queries timely and manage follow-ups through to application completion.
• Develop partnerships with corporate institutions, universities and schools.
