You will drive international enrollments, hit sales targets, and manage both outbound and inbound outreach across digital channels, while counseling and supporting applicants through visa and admission steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Own transport.
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.

Responsabilités

• Engage and influence prospects using selling skills and counselling methodologies.
• Drive international student enrollments to INTI.
• Achieve sales targets within cycles.
• Perform outbound touch points to drive enrollments via digital channels.
• Handle inbound enquiries from online, social media, email and live chat.
• Provide face-to-face counseling to online leads.
• Assist with eligibility, visa, airport pickup and medical arrangements.
• Maintain prospect data in CRM.
• Use sales tools to drive growth and exceed goals.
