Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or similar construction cost consulting.
• Strong understanding of cost databases, estimating, BOQ, and cost management processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and consulting abilities.
• Fast learner with interest in digital transformation, software, AI, and emerging tech.
• Confident delivering customer training and consulting sessions.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in establishing and maintaining enterprise cost databases using our software solutions.
• Understand customers' business processes and provide consulting to optimize cost management workflows.
• Deliver product training, implementation guidance, and best practice recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day customer support, including technical guidance, product Q&A, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with customers to improve software adoption and long-term success.
• Analyze business requirements and translate needs into practical digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to enhance customer experience and identify enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital construction technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
