Glodon Software Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a client service and sales support specialist in Kuala Lumpur.

The role focuses on implementing service works, conducting training, guiding projects, and providing hotline support alongside ongoing software updates. You will collaborate with sales to drive renewals, support sales demos, and gather product requirements for new features while assisting QA testing and learning new Cubicost releases.

Formación

• With construction industry and QS background.
• Have knowledge about Cubicost software.
• Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Implement service works: training, project guidance, hotline and software updates for clients.
• Collaborate with sales to drive renewals and assist in sales demos.
• Collect product requirements and suggest new features for development.
• Assist product team in testing software updates.
• Learn new features when product versions are released.
• Follow service policy to maintain client relationships.
• Manage clients' software usage and maintain relationships with monthly follow-ups.
• Summarize project cases and methodologies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and support teams to share information.
