UNHCR Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is offering an internship to support digital donor recruitment and communications activities. You will help digitize web content, optimize email and social media campaigns, and assist in planning digital ads and events.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or current students with at least two years of undergrad, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Canva, Capcut, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Be either a recent graduate (having completed their studies within two years of applying) or a current student in a graduate/undergraduate programme from a university or higher education facility.
• Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of UNHCR.

Responsabilités

• Assist in reviewing, digitizing, scheduling and adapting web content from UNHCR local and global perspectives to enrich the content and interactions of emails, web sites, mobile and social media platforms (organic and paid).
• Assist in analyze and provide user journeys, mobile and social media insights, to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Assist in producing, consolidate and coordinate all digital assets between UNHCR offices and external to ensure programs' execution efficiency.
• Assist in planning and organising digital advertisements, fundraising & communications-focused events and other activities.
• Assist in agencies determining the promotional tactic to increase web traffic and engagement, including events and influencer coordination.
