Job summary

The Digital Commerce Executive at Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd supports executing digital commerce activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. Working with the Senior Digital Commerce Manager and eCommerce agencies, you will coordinate day-to-day campaigns, content, affiliate programs and marketplace activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years' experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Marketplace Operations.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop and/or Lazada platforms.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools to generate image and video.
• Good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating agencies, creators or external partners is an advantage.
• FMCG experience is an advantage.

• Monitor store health and escalated issues to the Senior Digital Commerce Manager when required.

• Support creator seeding, sampling and campaign execution.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates and agency partners.
• Track affiliate performance and ensure timely follow-up on campaign deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating live selling schedules and creator collaborations.

Job description

The Digital Commerce Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of Mamee's digital commerce activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. Working closely with the Senior Digital Commerce Manager and appointed eCommerce agencies, this role coordinates day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns, content, affiliate programmes and marketplace activities are delivered accurately and on time. The role requires a highly organised individual who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day marketplace activities with appointed eCommerce agencies.
