Job summary

The Production Manager at Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd will drive daily to monthly targets across food manufacturing lines in Malaysia. You will lead operators and supervisors, optimize line performance, and champion TPM, productivity, waste reduction and shop floor discipline.

You will ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, Halal, HACCP, and safety requirements while collaborating with Maintenance, QA, Planning, Warehouse and Engineering teams to deliver on plan and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years production experience including shopfloor leadership.
• Experience in high-speed automated FMCG or food lines and TPM initiatives.

• Monitor OEE, downtime, yield, waste, manpower efficiency and line performance.
• Lead daily production meetings and performance reviews.

• Support new product trials, process validation and line commissioning.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years production experience including experience in shopfloor leadership role.
• Experience managing high-speed automated FMCG or food lines preferred.
• Proven track record in implementing TPM initiatives, with strong knowledge of GMP and production planning and execution.
