Job summary

Avanade, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a consultant to shape transformation stories by turning business challenges into structured AI-enabled strategies and roadmaps. You will work with clients to translate insights into narratives and actionable plans for CxOs.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and change leads to prototype and pilot new digital services, delivering high-impact decks and engaging workshops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, Product management or digital transformation roles.
• Strong business analysis and facilitation skills from journey mapping and service blueprinting to agile requirements definition.
• Experience leading client presentations, workshops, and creating high-impact decks (strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
• Experience working with or alongside Tech teams (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident presenting, and sharp storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills to connect data, behaviour, and business outcomes.
• Desirable: AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign; managing client engagements on change management; Agile/Waterfall; tracking with JIRA.

• Dynamics, or equivalent), but your strength is framing why it matters.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident presenting, and sharp storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills you can connect data, behaviour, and business outcomes.
