Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, IT or related.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital content development or digital communication.
• Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating interactive content and gamified learning experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation tools and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization, dashboards and analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive and collaborative team player.

• Develop data visualisations, dashboards and basic analytics to measure engagement and communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver digital solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
• Coordinate digital projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, infographic creation and visual storytelling.
• Experience in developing interactive content, gamification and digital engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation tools and digital communication platforms.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
