Behn Meyer Group is seeking a Content & Creative Executive (Corporate Marketing) to plan, produce and edit multimedia content, including corporate videos and social media assets. You will manage projects from concept to delivery and provide photography support for events and internal activities.

You will handle post-production, sound editing, captions, motion graphics and basic animation, and design visuals for brand-aligned collateral like posters, banners and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in a relevant creative field.
• Experience in multimedia production and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and visual design.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.

Content & Creative Executive (Corporate Marketing)

• Planning, producing and editing multimedia content, including corporate videos, event highlights, short-form social media videos and other digital assets.
• Managing assigned multimedia projects from concept development, filming and editing through to final delivery.
• Providing photography and videography support for corporate events, meetings, CSR initiatives and internal activities.
• Handling video post-production, including footage selection, sound editing, captions, motion graphics and basic animation.
• Designing and adapting creative materials, including social media visuals, posters, banners, corporate presentations and marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
• Drafting, editing and proofreading marketing content, including video scripts, social media captions, event summaries, website and intranet articles and newsletters.
• Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders and country teams to support creative projects and communication initiatives.
• Organising and maintaining digital assets, including photographs, videos and multimedia files for future use.
• Managing multiple assignments independently, incorporating feedback and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Supporting occasional photography, videography and event assignments outside standard working hours, when required and arranged in advance.
• Staying updated with creative trends, multimedia production techniques and digital content best practices.
• Providing support for ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Corporate Marketing department.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2years of relevant working experience in multimedia production, video editing, graphic design or related creative roles.
• Strong skills in videography, photography, video editing, motion graphics, animation and graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe Audition, InDesign or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage multimedia projects from concept development to final production.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to develop clear and engaging marketing content.
• Good visual sense and understanding of corporate branding, creative storytelling and design principles.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics and graphic design skills is required.
• Proactive, dependable and resourceful, with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
