in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Graphic & Multimedia Designer responsible for creating visual content across digital, print, social media and video platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. You will develop concepts, prepare artwork for printing, edit short-form video, create motion graphics, and support photography and multimedia tasks while collaborating with senior designers and stakeholders.
A Graphic & Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing and producing creative visual content across digital, print, social media, multimedia, and video platforms. The role covers graphic design, artwork preparation, photography and video content support, motion graphics, basic video editing, multimedia presentations, and adaptation of creative assets while ensuring brand consistency, quality, timelines, and management expectations.
Develop creative graphic design concepts based on project briefs, brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and business requirements
Create visual materials for digital and print applications, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, posters, flyers, banners, advertisements, and internal communications
Prepare artwork for printing, including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, business cards, packaging, and other marketing collateral
Create graphics and visual content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
Produce basic motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, text animation, logo animation, and other visual effects where required
Create and edit short-form video content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and corporate communications
Edit and enhance photos and video footage through cropping, colour correction, audio balancing, subtitles, captions, and basic post-production
Receive feedback from senior designers, management, and relevant departments and incorporate approved revisions accurately
Maintain organized folders containing working files, linked assets, fonts, images, and final artwork
Conduct final checks on all artwork before submission or release
Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design principles, layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual communication
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and print applications
Understanding of image resolution, file formats, colour modes, typography, and basic print production requirements
Good visual judgment, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to interpret design briefs and follow established brand guidelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of video editing, motion graphics, animation, audio editing, subtitles/captions, and multimedia content production
Proficiency or working knowledge of multimedia and video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software
