Qualifications

• 2+ years buying Meta ads with real budgets.
• Ability to differentiate creative problems from targeting problems.
• Ability to write hooks and judge ad performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and buy Facebook and Instagram campaigns for client offers.
• Write hooks and brief creatives, then test them against each other.
• Maintain pixel, events, and conversions API reporting accuracy.
• Refresh creatives early to combat fatigue and maintain performance.
• Report results and outline next tests for each offer.
