Job summary

ams OSRAM sucht einen Senior/Staff Engineer für den Die-Attach-Prozess am Standort Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. Sie verantworten Wartung, Qualitätsverbesserungen und Prozesskontrollen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktentwicklung, PI, PO und BT für neue Produkte/Prozesse zusammen und unterstützen Audits sowie Kapazitätserweiterungen. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über einen Master oder Bachelor in Engineering/Material mit mehr als fünf Jahren relevanter Erfahrung sowie starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und

Qualifications

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Technischem Bereich oder Äquivalent.
• Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Die-Attach-Prozess.
• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation.
• Grundverständnis - Statistische Analyse, Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für Wartung und Verbesserung von Qualitätsfällen, Maverick- und Ausbringungsleistung.
• Prozessverantwortung zur Steuerung und Dokumentation der Prozesskontrollen.
• Verbrauchs- und Abfallkontrolle für direkte/indirekte Materialien.
• Unterstützung interner und Kundenaudits sowie Reaktion auf Audit Findings.
• Leitung und Unterstützung von Produktivitätsverbesserungen und Kapazitätserweiterungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, PI, PO und BT bei neuen Produkten/Prozessen.

Your new responsibilities

• Responsible in maintaining and improving quality cases, maverick and yield performance.
• Processs owner to govern and improve process control and documentation.
• Direct and indirect material usage consumption and wastage control.
• To support internal audit & customer audit, and response on audit findings.
• Lead and support productivity improvement and capacity extension.
• To work closely with Product Development, PI, PO and BT for new product/process setup and proper process handshake/pass over.

What we look for

• Bachelor degree / Master degree in Engineering / Material or equivalent field
• More than 5 years experience in die attach process engineering
• Good in written and oral communication
• Basic understanding - Statistical analysis, Lean 6 Sigma
