Job summary

USER Experience Researchers in Cyberjaya is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD activities, enhance Jenkins pipelines, and ensure reliable deployments. You will monitor performance with Splunk and Dynatrace, support BAU operations, and collaborate across teams to keep applications stable.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes experience, Java proficiency, and strong incident management skills, with a focus on proactive health checks and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) is a plus.
• Experience with Kustomize or similar deployment/configuration tools.
• Proficient in Java programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Good knowledge of application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and infrastructure health checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute CI/CD activities for client projects, including Jenkins pipeline enhancement and deployment.
• Support BAU operations, including incident management and infrastructure health checks.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support and maintain Kubernetes environments and containerized applications.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure application stability and availability.
