Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to strengthen our client project operations. You will implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, manage Kubernetes-based deployments, and enhance monitoring with Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure reliability.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on Jenkins and CI/CD processes experience.
• Kubernetes experience; AKS is a plus.
• Experience with Kustomize or similar deployment tools.
• Proficient in Java programming.
• Strong monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BAU operations, including incident (INC) management and infrastructure health checks.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support and maintain Kubernetes environments and containerized applications.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure application stability and availability.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) is a plus.
• Experience with Kustomize or similar deployment/configuration tools.
• Proficient in Java programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Good knowledge of application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and infrastructure health checks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
