Job summary

TG Malaysia is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE practitioner to design, deploy, and operate scalable Kubernetes clusters, including Rancher-managed environments.

You will manage Linux servers, build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and deploy RabbitMQ for messaging, while implementing ELK-based logging and monitoring. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployments, services, ingress, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters using Rancher
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ (setup, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Experience building CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
• Experience with ELK Stack for logging, monitoring, and analysis
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and system performance tuning

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters, including Rancher-managed environments
• Manage Linux-based servers (VMs and containers)
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Deploy, operate, and support RabbitMQ for messaging and event-driven architectures
• Implement and maintain centralized logging and monitoring using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability across environments
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to support deployments and operations
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution for production issues
• Document system architecture, operational procedures, and best practices
