Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to strengthen our client project operations. You will implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, manage Kubernetes-based deployments, and enhance monitoring with Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure reliability.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on Jenkins and CI/CD processes experience.
Kubernetes experience; AKS is a plus.
Experience with Kustomize or similar deployment tools.
Proficient in Java programming.
Strong monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Execute CI/CD activities including Jenkins pipeline enhancements and deployments.
Support BAU operations, including incident management and health checks.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues; perform root-cause analysis.
Support and maintain Kubernetes environments and containerized applications.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure stability and availability.
