Job summary

KCPE Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Development Planning Assistant (Property Development) to lead and coordinate planning activities across Malaysia with potential Guangzhou collaboration.

You will liaise with engineers, planners, quantity surveyors, and consultants to ensure on‑time project delivery and quality documentation. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience or strong potential graduates are welcome. English proficiency is required; Malay and/or Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

• Follow up on outstanding matters, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Support internal administrative processes and project document management when required.
• Independently manage and coordinate assigned property development projects to ensure timely delivery.

Development Planning Assistant (Property Development)

In this role, you will be assigned to property development projects and expected to independently lead and coordinate planning and development activities by liaising with engineers, planners, quantity surveyors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

You will also have the opportunity, subject to company arrangements, to work from our office located in Guangzhou, China. We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, as well as high-potential fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

Review and organize project documentation, including drawings, reports, and related records

Coordinate with engineers, planners, quantity surveyors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress

Participate in project meetings, summarize key updates, and report project progress to the Director

Follow up on outstanding matters, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule

Support internal administrative processes and project document management when required

Independently manage and coordinate assigned property development projects to ensure timely delivery

Candidate Requirements

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience is an advantage. However, fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply

A background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Property Development, Development Planning, or other related disciplines is an advantage. Candidates without prior experience but with strong capabilities and learning potential are also welcome to apply
