Job summary

PB Realty Sdn. Bhd., Melaka, invites applications for a Civil Engineer to coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors. The role requires ensuring compliance with drawings, plans and specs, and to prepare required authorities' reports and monthly progress updates.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with skills in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office, is expected. Based in Melaka with driving to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision and independently.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors.
• Ensure all works follow drawings, construction plans, procedures and specifications.
• Prepare reports required by authorities and monthly progress reports.
• Check all construction drawings and liaise with consultants for discrepancies.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to solve technical problems.
• Attend site meetings.

To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, construction plans, procedures, and specifications.

To prepare report required by authorities.

To prepare monthly progress report.

To check all construction drawings and liaise with consultants if there are any discrepancies found.

Coordinate with site supervisors to solve technical problems.

To attend site meetings.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Candidate must possess strong analytical skills, initiative, enthusiasm in work, good communication skills & able to work under minimum supervision and independently.

Additional required skills: MS Office, AutoCad and MS Project.

Willing to work in Melaka.
