Job summary

WB Land is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee high-rise site works in Melaka. The role requires ensuring compliance with drawings, quality, safety, and regulatory standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities.

The candidate should have a Civil/Structural/ Architecture/Building degree with at least 5 years’ experience in high-rise development, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, and willing to be based on site in Melaka.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Architecture/Building or related field.
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in high-rise property development.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Melaka.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractors’ resource allocation and work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities for smooth project execution.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies and matters relating to variation works.
• Attend site meetings and resolve site coordination issues.
• Ensure all drawings, BQ and relevant project documents are in place.
• Manage defect rectification and customer complaints during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
