Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Line Dispatch Coordinator to move finished goods from the factory floor to the warehouse and loading docks, coordinating with production outputs and delivery timelines.

You will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, assign daily carrier routes, and ensure shipments are packed and documented correctly in accordance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of dispatch experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.
• Familiarity with heavy transport regulations, load-bearing limits, and occupational safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the immediate movement of finished goods from the factory floor to the warehouse or loading docks.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with 2-3 years of dispatch experience specifically in a manufacturing or plant setting
• 2. Familiarity with heavy transport regulations, load-bearing limits, and occupational safety protocols
• 3. Ability to quickly reroute shipments or adjust schedules when production timelines fluctuate
