POP MART Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a frontline Retail Associate in Kuala Lumpur to greet customers, understand their needs, and drive sales at POP MART stores.

You will handle stock receiving, shelving, replenishment and loss prevention while maintaining engaging product displays across multiple mall locations. The role requires a Diploma or above, prior retail experience preferred, and a strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to achieve sales targets.
• Handle stock receiving, inspection, shelving, replenishment and returns.
• Manage product categories with inventory checks and loss prevention.
• Keep areas clean and maintain brand-aligned appearance.
• Maintain appealing displays and ensure merchandise aligns with guidelines.
• Contribute to achieving overall store sales goals.
• Support store manager with auxiliary tasks for smooth operations.
• Undertake other duties or projects as assigned.
