Job summary

SUNLIGHT MARKETING (SPORTS) SDN BHD is looking for a retail associate to assist customers at a high-traffic mall location in Kuala Lumpur. You will provide friendly service, handle cashier duties, stock replenishment, and keep displays attractive while working toward store targets.

This role requires good communication, flexibility for shifts including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to work well with the team. Training will be provided and a commission is part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Support daily sales activities and work towards store targets.
• Handle cashier duties, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and products well displayed.
• Assist with promotions, online orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Work closely with the team and carry out other tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
