Job summary

Signature Market SDN. BHD. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to create a welcoming store environment, assist customers, and drive sales while maintaining inventory and merchandising standards.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, present products effectively, and collaborate with team members to achieve store targets. This role requires English, Malay, and Mandarin communication and adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Possesses customer service and communication skills.
• Good in maintaining Inventory, Store, Organized, and Independent person.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin; to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Pleasant appearance, with no tattoos or no visible tattoos.
• 5 working days per week; 9 hours (2 rest days on weekdays).
• Training will be provided.
• Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a retail culture focused on the customer and enhance the buying experience.
• Achieve sales goals and positively affect profitability in customer service, sales, and inventory/expense control.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and fulfill marketing signage and displays requirements.
• Welcome every customer warmly, spend quality time to understand needs and preferences.
• Create merchandise presentations and displays that maximize sales while remaining customer-focused.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
