Job summary

DCDA ARCHITECTS in Petaling Jaya seeks an experienced Project/ Design Architect to contribute to architectural design, development, and documentation across small- to medium-scale projects. You will work with clients and internal teams from concept through delivery.

Applicants should have at least five years of experience, with strong skills in autoCAD, BIM, 3D modelling and Photoshop, and the ability to deliver accurate documentation within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, 3D modelling and Photoshop.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Prepare clear and accurate 2D drawings, BIM models, 3D models, and renderings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate design intent into coordinated documentation and support successful project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Present design ideas and coordinate feedback with relevant stakeholders.
• Support project coordination and resolve design or documentation issues as they arise.
