Job summary

IPM Professional Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Design Architect to join the team in Malaysia. The role focuses on architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination across various consultancy projects.

The position requires a Bachelor/Master of Science in Architecture (Part II) and registration with the Board of Architects Malaysia, with proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools like Revit and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Architecture (Part II) is required or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software is expected.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture.
• Prepare layout proposal drawing and 3D rendering.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, specifications, and bill of quantities.
• Attend consultant meetings, site meetings, and site inspections.
• Liaise with government agencies for submission approvals.
• Liaise with clients and contractors for project execution.
• Adhere to company practices, standards and procedures; handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
