Job summary

Galderma Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a result-driven Key Account Manager for Dermatological Skincare to grow the consumer business in Malaysia. You will lead account-level brand and shopper execution, manage trade investments, and ensure strong in-store visibility.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and at least 5 years in FMCG, with proven selling, negotiation, and analytical skills and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector managing a major customer/account with mix function in sales and marketing position.
• Experience in trade operations and category development or marketing in Modern Trade Channel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitability and growth of the consumer business.
• Be custodian to Brand management, Customer management & Shopper Management at channel & customer level and ensure synergies among them.
• Achieve high brand visibility and full distribution of Galderma’s portfolio of products in consumer business.
• Possess understanding of current market trends, competitive activities, consumer buying behavior and attitudes.
• Manage total trade spend in assigned accounts to target investment levels, analyses & improve ROI.
• Monitor promotional effectiveness, analyses ROI and adjust plans accordingly.
• Manage and develop sales force effectiveness for sales team, ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and the sales targets and KPI targets are met.
• Key lead for Trade Promotion & Activation. Develop, execute and perform programs created to enhance brand presence and ultimate offtake from consumers.
