OFI Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with business leaders, drive people strategies and manage the employee lifecycle. The role requires partnering with senior stakeholders, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws within a fast-paced, manufacturing-adjacent environment.

You will lead capability building, learning initiatives and performance processes while shaping a diverse, high-performing culture across OFI Malaysia.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with 8–12 years HR experience.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Support Malaysia HR Head in executing people strategy and initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to deliver fit-for-purpose HR solutions.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive capability assessments and learning roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Design and improve leadership development and coaching programs.
• Lead employee relations, investigations and disciplinary cases.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and governance standards.
• Use HR metrics to identify trends and improve retention.
