Dynaciate Engineering in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive to assist the Finance Manager in managing the overall Finance & Accounts functions, monitor cash flow, and oversee month-end closing.
You will review journal entries, bank reconciliations, AR/AP, intercompany transactions, and assist in budgets and audits while ensuring compliance with MFRS and internal procedures. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Assist the Finance Manager in managing the overall Finance & Accounts functions.
Monitor the Company's cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Review and approve journal entries, payment vouchers, purchase invoices, sales invoices (including retention billings), credit notes, and debit notes before submission for final approval.
Review bank reconciliations and ensure all reconciling items are resolved promptly.
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely collections and payments.
Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring balances are accurately maintained.
Ensure fixed asset registers, inventory records, and general ledger accounts are properly maintained.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
Analyse financial results, identify significant variances, and provide recommendations to Management.
Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), company policies, and internal accounting procedures.
Coordinate annual external audits and internal audit assignments.
Review audit schedules and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
Review tax computations and statutory submissions, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax (WHT), SST, GST (where applicable), and other statutory filings.
Respond to audit and tax queries, including submissions through the Oustanding Matter (OSM).
Ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
Ensure the monthly financial closing process is completed accurately and within the established timeline, with all month-end closing activities finalized by the 3rd working day of each month.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience within the same field and familiar in acomputerized environment.
Able to work independently without close supervision.
Good communication & correspondence skills.
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing)
