Job summary

DHL eCommerce Malaysia is seeking a Depot Supervisor (Kajang) to oversee inbound operations at the depot and ensure timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of shipments. The role emphasizes customer service management, stakeholder coordination, and effective staff supervision within the delivery network.

Key duties include managing parcel processing, scheduling, SOP adherence, and daily performance tracking while leading a team to meet service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years operations experience within transportation or logistics.
• Good knowledge of courier / express shipment management and delivery process flow.
• People management experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate, discuss, and communicate to ensure smooth operations.
• Support to meet performance targets and drive improvements.
• Manage parcel processing and delivery workflows within the DHLeC delivery depot.
• Plan sorting and courier zone assignments and optimize delivery schedules.
• Ensure safe, timely and profitable delivery of shipments and reduce undelivered incidents.
