Job summary

Container Repair Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented depot operator to support daily gate-in/gate-out documentation and coordinate with customers, hauliers and internal teams. You will ensure accurate container details and maintain thorough records, while handling inquiries via phone and email.

The role requires a Diploma and comfort with MS Office; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with rotating shifts if needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field; Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage.
• Experience in depot, logistics or shipping preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily container gate-in and gate-out documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and internal teams on movement and status.
• Ensure accuracy of container details (number, seal, damage, size/type, condition).
• Maintain filing and record-keeping of depot documents.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to depot operations.
