Job summary

Teethos Dental Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Full-Time Dental Surgery Assistant & Receptionist to support the dental team in the surgery room and at the front desk.

You will welcome patients, manage bookings and inquiries, handle calls and messages, and help with social media and promotions when possible. Training is provided, and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full-time and on weekends.
• Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
• Willingness to learn and assist in the surgery room (training provided).
• Basic computer knowledge (marketing/social media skills are an advantage, but not compulsory).

• Assist in the surgery room (preparing instruments, supporting dental team, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization).
• Welcome and register patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries.
• Manage calls, WhatsApp, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
• Support marketing activities (e.g., social media updates, patient engagement, clinic promotions) – advantage, but not compulsory.

Location: Teethos Dental Clinic – Just a 1-minute walk from Pasar Seni MRT, LRT, and bus station!

Join our vibrant and supportive team in a modern, friendly dental clinic environment. Your main role will be assisting in the surgery room, but you’ll also have the chance to deal with the front desk work. Marketing knowledge is not compulsory, but it’s a big plus if you can support our social media and clinic promotions.
