Hello Dental Clinic is hiring Dental Surgery Assistants in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves assisting dentists with clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and managing logistics within the clinic. Candidates must have at least an SPM level of education, and those with dental experience will be prioritized. Fresh graduates from dental assisting or nursing programs are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided. Responsabilités

• Assist dentist during all dental procedures.
• Manage suctioning, retraction, and chairside documentation.
• Ensure patient comfort throughout the visit.
• Update patient records and assist with inventory.

Dental Surgery Assistant (10 positions)

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: SPM.
• Dental experienced candidate will be prioritized.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Full Training Provided).
• Fresh graduates from dental assisting/nursing programmes are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills (English and Malay).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, caring and responsible.
• Willing to learn and follow clinical SOPs.
• Able to work weekends (rotational off day).
• A good team player and a good learning attitude.
• Able to work in Mont Kiara, Sunway Velocity, Subang, Bukit Bintang, and Jalan Ipoh.

Chairside Assistance

• Assist dentist during all dental procedures (4-handed dentistry).
• Prepare and arrange instruments, materials, and equipment.
• Manage suctioning, retraction, mixing materials, chairside documentation.
• Set up treatment rooms before each procedure and ensure smooth workflow.

Infection Control & Sterilisation

• Follow strict sterilisation, disinfection, and instrument handling protocols.
• Operate autoclave and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and MOH infection control standards.

Patient Care

• Ensure patient comfort throughout the visit.
• Support dentists in managing patient flow efficiently.

Administrative Support

• Update patient records (training provided).
• Assist with stock checking, inventory, and clinic housekeeping.
• Support front desk when needed.
