Qualifications

• Dental experienced candidate will be prioritized.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Full Training Provided).
• Fresh graduates from dental assisting/nursing programmes are encouraged to apply.

Chairside Assistance

• Assist dentist during all dental procedures (4‑handed dentistry).
• Prepare and arrange instruments, materials, and equipment.
• Manage suctioning, retraction, mixing materials, chairside documentation.
• Set up treatment rooms before each procedure and ensure smooth workflow.

Infection Control & Sterilisation

• Follow strict sterilisation, disinfection, and instrument handling protocols.
• Operate autoclave and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and MOH infection control standards.

Patient Care

• Ensure patient comfort throughout the visit.
• Support dentists in managing patient flow efficiently.

Administrative Support

• Update patient records (training provided).
• Assist with stock checking, inventory, and clinic housekeeping.
• Support front desk when needed.
