Job summary

Inspire Dental Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized and proactive Dental Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our dental practice in Ampang Jaya, Malaysia. You will manage administrative staff, optimize workflows, handle financial processes, and ensure an exceptional experience for patients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or any experience in management site.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a clinic manager or senior administrator, preferably in a dental practice.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic schedules and chair utilization.
• Supervise receptionists and dental assistants; manage attendance and performance reviews.
• Handle daily cash flow, patient billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for patient inquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, dental board standards, and safety guidelines.
• Support marketing initiatives and track patient retention to boost revenue.
