Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a kitchen team member to assist with preparation and cooking for a la carte, events and conferences at our modern hotel.

You will uphold food safety and hygiene standards, work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, and bring creativity and attention to plating to delight guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen or specialty.
• Prior experience in multi-cuisine environments (Asian and Western) preferred.
• Exposure to food preparation, plating and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparation and cooking across a la carte, events and conferences.
• Supporting food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
