ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri, part of Accor Hotels, seeks a cook to assist with preparation for a la carte, events and conferences while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery, learn culinary techniques, and apply menu standards in a dynamic setting. Growth opportunities within the property and Accor network are available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen or specialty.
• Experience in multi-cuisine environments (Asian and Western) preferred.
• Exposure to food preparation, plating and kitchen operations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure.
• Creativity and attention to details in cooking and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of stock preparation, inventory management and mise en place.
