Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a kitchen team member to assist with preparation and cooking for a la carte, events and conferences at our modern hotel.

You will uphold food safety and hygiene standards, work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, and bring creativity and attention to plating to delight guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen or specialty.
• Prior experience in multi-cuisine environments (Asian and Western) preferred.
• Exposure to food preparation, plating and kitchen operations.

• Exposure to food preparation, plating and kitchen operations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Creativity and attention to details in cooking and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of stock preparation, inventory management and mise en place.
