Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking an experienced professional to lead the technical delivery of power distribution and HVAC systems for large data center projects.

The role requires coordinating delivery plans, conducting technical feasibility analyses, and guiding project teams to achieve objectives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data center facility project delivery, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with mid-level customers on technical solutions

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in data center facility project delivery with experience on large data center delivery over 500 racks.
• Knowledge on installing & testing & accepting for power electrical system & monitoring electrical system & HVAC system involved in data centers.
• Knowledge and experience on technical management for data center project delivery.
• Good communication skills to correctly understand and effectively analyze customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
• Able to interact well with middle-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
• Able to work well in a team and achieve targets given by cooperating with team members.

Job description

Responsible for the technical delivery of power distribution systems, HVAC systems, and other related tasks in the data center facility.

Undertake key technical and project management positions in the weaving and implementation of delivery plans in data center projects, ensuring the feasibility and economic feasibility of delivery plans, and be responsible for the overall technical results of project delivery.

In the delivery of data center projects, it is possible to organize the deepening design of technical solutions, improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery through appropriate delivery strategies, technical management, and delivery tools, and promote project success

Job Requirements:

More than 3 years of experience in data center facility project delivery with experience on large data center delivery over 500 racks.

Knowledge on installing & testing & accepting for power electrical system & monitoring electrical system & HVAC system that involved in data centers.

Knowledge and experience on technical management for data center project delivery.

Possesses good communication skills, able to correctly understand and effectively analyze customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
