Job summary

Kingfa Sci & Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and sales support within the Sales & Admin Department at our Shah Alam site. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and strong client communication.

You will process orders, handle invoices, maintain customer records, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and fluent Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in administration or customer service.
• Open for fresher.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
• Fluent in Chinese is a MUST.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support including order processing, invoicing, and customer record maintenance.
• Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Preparing sales reports, updating sales databases, and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Support day to day operations of the Sales & Admin Department.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentation & shipments arrangement with local forwarders.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Delivery Engineer to join our growing team at Kingfa Sci & Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based 4-16-2, NO.14, PERSIARAN ANGGERIK VANILLA, SEKSYEN 31, KOTA KEMUNING, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. will provide crucial administrative and sales support to our sales department.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support and including order processing, invoicing, and customer record maintenance


• Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure a high level of customer service


• Preparing sales reports, updating sales databases, and assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks


• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers


• Support day to day operations of the Sales & Admin Department


• Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager


• Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local forwarders
