Hannover Re in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Delivery to drive requirements gathering, product development support and cross‑functional collaboration for the GSRS platform.

The role focuses on delivering value across data analytics, IT architecture, business management and product ownership, with emphasis on agile and waterfall delivery methods and AI-assisted analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• Proven ability to add value to projects / programmes and user testing.
• High proficiency in technical writing.
• Experience as a BA within a global life reinsurance business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record of business analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience delivering project outcomes in a large organisation as a BA.
• Experience using structured requirements management tools (e.g. ADO).
• Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methods.
• Sound understanding of SDLC principles and practical AI-assisted analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business analysis expertise to support the GSRS programme.
• Partner with project managers to develop activities and maximise ROI.
• Lead business requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritise them.
• Support UAT through documentation and test artefacts.
• Contribute to governance and documentation standards across the GSRS team.
• Build strong relationships across LHS-DOS and Group for cross‑department collaboration.
• Encourage open communication, challenge, trust and accountability.
• Utilise AI tools to assist in producing delivery artefacts.
