• Advanced knowledge of quantity surveying principles in large construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement frameworks, and industry regulations.
• Ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage change control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all commercial and contractual aspects throughout tendering and project delivery.
• Assess risks, price technical and commercial elements, and protect company interests.
• Refine procurement strategies post-award and optimize supplier relationships.
• Review scope, contract conditions and employer requirements before tendering.
• Coordinate documentation for approvals and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and forecast cost to complete.
