Job summary

Idataraya Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a delivery leader to own a portfolio of software engagements, coordinating staffing and risk while ensuring the promises of the sales conversation are kept.

You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, balance scope and margin, and resolve conflicts between teams; you will escalate risks and negotiate with clients, while supporting project managers to avoid duplication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing several concurrent software engagements.
• Commercial judgement about scope, margin and change.
• Credibility with engineers and ability to engage with clients.
• Willingness to make unpopular calls early.
