Job summary

Flex is seeking a Debug Engineer based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, to support product tests and yield improvements. You will interpret data, identify root causes, and guide corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires a degree in a related field and at least four years of debugging experience with RF, analog, digital, and DC instruments, plus PCBA failure analysis using FPGA/BGA techniques. On-site position with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline required.
• Minimum four years of relevant debugging experience.
• Proficient with RF, analog, digital and DC measurement tools.
• Experience performing PCBA failure analysis using FPGA/BGA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understand test conditions, sequences, and phases of operations.
• Prepare technical summaries for engineering and management.
• Interface with engineering to resolve test problems and data issues.
• Use hardware and software to test electronics and software products.
• Investigate defect causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train floor support and technicians on test equipment and procedures.
• Evaluate test data and contribute to yield improvements.
