Job summary

PRISTINE HUMAN RESOURCES Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent engineer to perform failure analysis on production fallouts and to debug complex issues on the electronics lines in Penang, Malaysia.

You will read circuit diagrams, support production to minimize test rejects, and relay real‑time feedback to the engineering team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering required.
• 1–2 years experience in a multinational electronics-manufacturing environment preferred; fresh grads encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to read and understand circuit diagrams and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis for production fallouts and do debugging.
• Able to read and understand circuit diagram.
• Provide support to production lines to ensure minimum test reject inventory.
• Comply all feedback from ICT and FVT on all process related rejects to improve process quality.
• Responsible for all test reject WIP and reduce test reject WIP to a minimum level.
• Find root cause of problems and highlight it back to the Engineering team.
• Comply and provide real time feedback to production and engineering on all process related rejects.
• Able to support other product line when required.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
