Job summary

Venture Corporation is seeking a Diploma or Certificate holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2 years of PCA testing and debugging experience to join the team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role involves providing technical support on test and debug activities and ensuring units meet shipment readiness.

You will troubleshoot production failures, work with PCBA-level diagnostics, and comply with the company quality and safety standards, with opportunities for growth and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in PCA testing and debugging.
• Independent and analytical with good troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PCA schematics and debugging tools at PCBA and component level.
• Good soldering and rework skills; working knowledge of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, rework all production failure PCAs and provide analysis data to support yield improvement and evaluation activities.
• Control and clear debug WIP to achieve set target.
• Test station setup, qualification and buy-off.
• Monitor/investigate and resolve daily test issues.
• Generate debug flow, documentation and daily reports.
• Participate in test yield/test process improvement activities.
• Provide technical support to test operator.
• Work closely with other groups to resolve quality issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
