AGENSI PEKERJAAN MVC RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Debug Engineer in Perak to lead component-level failure analysis, power electronics troubleshooting, and testing qualification for new product platforms.

You will collaborate with global R&D and factory teams to diagnose SMPS design failures, run bench-top experiments and simulations, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful product launches.

Qualificações

• University degree or higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, SMPS operation, and analog circuit design.
• Experience reading complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with global R&D during testing, validation, and qualification of New Product Development (NPD).
• Coordinate with R&D to resolve hardware, testing, and design issues during factory qualification runs.
• Perform component-level failure analysis on non-conforming power electronics units using formal tools.
• Design and execute bench-top experiments and circuit simulations to validate failure hypotheses.
• Identify failure mechanisms, analyze power supply topologies, and propose CAPA actions.
• Prepare detailed Failure Analysis reports for senior management, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to production testing methods and manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate new technologies, instruments, and methodologies in power supply testing.
• Oversee calibration and readiness of failure analysis lab equipment.
