Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in power electronics manufacturing (DC-DC converters, AC-DC supplies, or related products).
• Understanding of DC/DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC).
• Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, electronic loads).
• Knowledge of electronic components and failure analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Tune voltage regulation loops and adjust other parameters for optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures (PCB defects, component stress, thermal issues).
• Conduct root cause analysis using oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, parametric testers.
• Perform hardware testing & debugging, analyzing electronic issues in production.
• Provide technical support/repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.
• Debug and optimize test setups for DC-DC devices (functional, electrical, environmental testing).
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
